Born in Miami, Florida and raised in Manatee County and Hillsborough County Florida, Kathi has numerous life and employment experiences.

Kathi was Owner/Operator/Director of a 64 capacity day care center for 10 years in Dunedin, FL. After selling the business, she moved to Hernando County where she worked as a Purchasing/Property Accounting Specialist for the Hernando County School Board. It was during this time that she became actively involved in community service, as a foster parent; coached for the Brooksville United Soccer Association; Cub Scout Den Leader for Pack 71, as well as a Cub Master for Pack 71. She has two college degrees, Associates in Arts and Associates in Science in Emergency Medical Services. Kathi moved to Citrus County and worked as a volunteer fire fighter and as an EMT/Paramedic with Nature Coast Emergency Medical Services before going on to getting involved as a licensed real estate professional.

Kathi loves boating, fishing, scuba diving, however her main passions consist of her two sons Kody and Kasey (ages 21 and 19) and sailing. She is a people person with an infectious personality and loves helping people find the homes of their dreams and that is also another one of her passions.

Born and raised in South East Florida, I have been active in real estate for more than eight years.  I love working with people so being a realtor is the perfect profession. My background is in construction and roofing.  I moved to Citrus County in 2006, bought a home in the Citrus Springs area and absolutely love it!
